I paid my current with you before. Can I just transfer the money with the new ticket number?
No. The process must be repeated for all future ticket payments.
How do I pay my outstanding tickets?
We recommend getting a premium report that provides you with important information for clearing outstanding tickets.
My ticket date has passed, can i still pay it here?
Yes. Once the ticket date has passed it becomes an outstanding ticket. Please click on the chat icon and select outstanding traffic ticket from the traffic depot list to begin the process.
My outstanding ticket is $500, do iI still pay the same $500 at court?
No. Once the ticket is outstanding, fines at the court can go up to $5000 or more depending on the offence.
My fines are less than my retainer, will I get a refund?
Yes. If fines determined by the court are less than your ticket retainer, the remainder is refunded to your account.
Can I pay a ticket that is 3 years old?
Yes. Outstanding tickets up to 2018 can be paid.
